Specific Terms and Conditions for The Bushcraft Show

The ticket is not refundable and is for your own personal use only and may not be transferred or resold to any other person. The Bushcraft Show reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchase made by any person whom we reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket broker or tout.

Unlawful resale of a ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

A ticket shall not be used for any alternative use (such as advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes), unless formal written permission is given by The Bushcraft Show.

It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Tickets are sold subject to the The Bushcraft Show’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

It is your responsibility to ascertain whether The Bushcraft Show has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If the show is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.

The venue reserves the right to refuse admission/ remove any person should they breach any Rules and Regulations stipulated by The Bushcraft Show. In the interests of security the organisers reserve the right to search handbags, rucksacks, parcels, luggage etc. and also to institute personal body searches.

The sponsors and the organisers of The Bushcraft Show cannot and will not accept any financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred as a result of:
     • contracts entered into by visitors or those connected with them, with any exhibitor, or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor
     • or any damage to or loss of visitor’s property whilst at The Bushcraft Show or
     • death or personal injury caused to any visitor whilst at The Bushcraft Show insofar as this arises out of their negligence.

Dogs are permitted at The Bushcraft Show but must be kept on a lead at all times when within the showground and camping areas. There are acres of public access woodland and open space outside of these areas in which dogs can be exercised. The owner of any dog causing concern to the organisers will be asked to remove the dog from the Showground and the organisers decision in such instances is final. Without prior written permission directly from the organisers; other animals are not admitted onto the venue. Please contact us should you have a specific request.

The taking of photographs during the event for sale or reward is strictly prohibited except without the prior written consent of the organisers, and the organisers reserve the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate any such articles for infringement of this condition.

Visitors are not entitled to promote a business or sell products at the show unless they are exhibiting at the show with a trade stand booked through the organisers. Anyone found in breach of this will be asked to cease trading and may be asked to leave the event. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions and it is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to check them on a regular basis.

All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law and any disputes arising out of any transaction with the organisers are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
